THE PROCESS:
Initial Consultation. We'll begin with a comprehensive assessment of your current health status, lifestyle, life goals, experience with coaching, and expectations.
Session 1. We'll agree on best practices for coaching sessions, and establish practical strategies for the goals discussed in the Initial Consultation.
Remaining Sessions. We will assign, complete, and review tasks as agreed in Session 1 and closely monitor progress towards the goals stated in the Initial Consultation.
Final Session. We'll review feedback of the coaching experience and establish the next steps for living in the new life created by the accomplished goals discussed in the Initial Consultation.
